Thu July 24 @ 11:00 am - 12:15 pm CDT

Free

Presenters: William McKenzie, Litigation Attorney at McKenzie PLLC; Toby Terpstra, Senior Visualizaton Analyst III at J.S. Held LLC

There are new tactics and technology that we can employ to get better results in the current claims environment! From trucking losses to class actions, from premises liability to product liability, the cases run the gamut. In this webinar, a seasoned trial attorney and an incident reconstruction specialist will help adjusters better prepare for litigation and trial by exploring the psychology of human decision-making, the mechanics of evidence collection, and the four common mistakes in litigation. In this webinar, attendees will:

  • learn how humans think and how to influence perception;
  • be able to apply steps that can be taken to change perception at trial;
  • appreciate the value of 3D analysis; and
  • understand how expert teams can work together to change perception at trial.

CONTINUING EDUCATION APPROVALS: This webinar has been approved for 1 hour of CE credit for adjusters in Texas, Delaware, West Virginia, & Oklahoma. No attorney MCLE credit is available for this webinar.
