The Property & Liability Resource Bureau (PLRB) is a not-for-profit national trade association serving its members and the Property & Casualty insurance industry. We provide insurers/Managing General Agents (MGAs), service providers, and outside counsel with legal resources, educational services, and research support related to Property, Liability, and Auto claims – PLRB is the insurance expert’s resource.

At PLRB, our mission is to empower the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry by providing comprehensive resources, education, and research support. We facilitate informed decision-making among claims professionals and optimize productivity and efficiency in Property and Liability loss adjusting. - Building Codes: PLRB has create an extensive database and set of interactive tools to help claims professionals assess losses accurately by clarifying the building codes involved in a claim, guide restoration and contractor services, and ensure compliance with building codes in the claims handling processes.
- Educational Services: PLRB organizes live and online courses, seminars, webinars, and conferences to help insurance professionals stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Many of our events, courses and classes qualify for adjuster and attorney continuing education (CE and CLE) credits, and PLRB will even file your credits with regulators.
- Research Support: PLRB conducts industry-leading research and provides research support to its members, offering valuable insights and analysis on emerging trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in claims handling and risk management.
