This episode of PLRB on Demand will feature an interview on: “Food Safety: It’s Not Always a Gut Feeling” with Dr. Allison Stock, Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety at JS Held. Dr. Stock is an internationally known toxicologist with 25 years of toxicological, epidemiological, regulatory, and environmental experience. In today’s conversation, Dr. Stock will challenge some common misconceptions about food safety, and educate us on the science behind food-borne illnesses. She will provide us with some practical tips for avoiding these illnesses, and discuss how training can help food be prepared safety.
