This episode of PLRB on Demand will feature an interview on: “E-Scooter Turmoil: Are You Covered?” with Michele Slupinski, Research Counsel at PLRB. Prior to joining the PLRB staff, Michele worked as a Senior Law Clerk for the Second District Appellate Court for 13 years, drafting hundreds of judicial opinions, unpublished opinions, and dissents. As part of the Liability Legal team at PLRB, Michele reviews cases in liability insurance law for the LIRB Law Reviews and helps edit the LIRB publications. She also assists in updating PLRB’s database and researching and responding to insurance inquiries.
