Return to In-Person Meetings

We at PLRB are excited about returning to live educational meetings. We've missed the opportunity to interact, learn with, and enjoy the company of our insurance members, service provider partners, and presenters. While we've looked forward to returning to live meetings, we also wanted to do our part, in concert with our host cities and facilities, to help assure we do so safely.

To achieve this goal, here are some key areas of PLRB's Wellness Protocol:

  • On conference days, if you are feeling unwell, have flu-like symptoms, or you believe you may have been exposed to someone with COVID, DO NOT ATTEND.
  • PLRB will stay abreast of and tailor our meetings to meet, and require attendees to meet, all local, facility, and CDC requirements necessary to hold in-person events. PLRB strongly recommends that masks be worn indoors by attendees and exhibitors of the PLRB Claims Conference
  • Even in the absence of facility, local, or CDC guidelines, based on the comfort level of attendees, PLRB will provide the means to allow for social distancing, masking, and partner with our host facility on areas such as cleaning protocols, hand sanitizing stations, facility services, and food service.
  • PLRB strongly recommends that all attendees be fully vaccinated before attending. Full vaccination is mandatory for all PLRB staff who attend meetings and conferences.
  • PLRB has published a Code of Conduct and Waiver for attendees and requires agreement to this Code of Conduct and Waiver before any prospective attendee can complete the registration process for the meeting.
