As insurance claim industry insiders, we know that every day outstanding claim service or exceptional technical expertise is demonstrated by thousands of our members. Often, these stories of outstanding claim service or technical competence don’t make the popular press. To promote recognition of these many examples of exemplary claim service and competence, PLRB would like to highlight outstanding contributions of a number of our members in a very special way.
Outstanding claims professionals must be nominated by insurance company peers, and entries must be received by Friday, April 9, 2021. Nominations should come from insurance company colleagues and be based upon narratives of outstanding claim service or exceptional technical expertise rendered in one particular claim or event, or overall exemplary work with policyholders, claimants, and the public in 2020. You may submit multiple nominations, including individuals who have been nominated in past years.
PLRB will review all nominations and contact winners in April. Winners will be announced and recognized in various electronic formats including the PLRB Frontlines e-newsletter, the PLRB Claims Conference website, and social media. If we are able to hold PLRB Conferences in person in the fall, we will offer the chance to be recognized at one of these events as well.
