His innovation, deep care, and technical skills enabled him to overcome impossible obstacles to get to his customers on Sanibel Island, providing them with peace of mind and comfort during their greatest and most impossible time of need. While this was an exceptional situation, Ray demonstrates this kind of dedication, empathy, and spirit of adventure in his day-to-day work. Ray goes above and beyond as a claim professional through his love for people, teaching, learning, and growing.

John has extensive knowledge in adjusting claims, construction, policy interpretation, and all the tangible things you need in a great adjuster. But what really stands out is John’s personality. There are a lot of very technical and experienced people in the industry, but after decades many became hardened, un-empathetic, stuck in their ways, and focused on getting to retirement. John is quite the opposite. He is engaging, thoughtful, empathetic, and enthusiastic. John has all the intangibles you would want in an adjuster.
