Outstanding Claims Professionals, 2019: Call for Nominations

As insurance claim industry insiders, we know that every day and 365 days a year outstanding claim service or exceptional technical expertise is demonstrated by thousands of our members. Often, these stories of outstanding claim service or technical competence don't make the popular press. To promote recognition of these many examples of exemplary claim service and competence, PLRB would like to highlight outstanding contributions of a number of our members in a very special way.

PLRB will recognize several claims professionals from our member insurance companies at the General Session of the 2019 Claims Conference, March 31 - April 3 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Outstanding claims professionals must be nominated by insurance company peers, and entries must be received by Friday, January 25, 2019. Nominations should come from insurance company colleagues and be based upon narratives of outstanding claim service or exceptional technical expertise rendered in one particular claim or event, or overall exemplary work with policyholders, claimants, and the public in 2018. You may submit multiple nominations, including individuals who have been nominated in past years.

PLRB will review all nominations and contact winners in February 2019. Winners will be invited to attend the 2019 Claims Conference, March 31 - April 3 in Indianapolis. PLRB will cover the costs for up to four nights' accommodations for each winner at one of the Conference hotels. Individual insurance companies will be responsible to cover winner's travel, meals, and incidental expenses associated with the event. Conference registration is complimentary for all PLRB member insurance companies. Winners will be recognized publicly at the Claims Conference General Session on Monday morning, April 1, 2019.
