Various issues arising in condominium projects and landlord/tenant situations will be discussed in the next PLRB/NASP Webinar, "The Complexity of Subrogation: Condo Projects, Anti-Subrogation Rule, Landlord/Tenant Issues" Tuesday, May 17, at 12:00 Noon central.
Participants will learn about the potential issues that arise in subrogation investigations. They will be able to identify the types of documentation that should be requested to assist in developing potential subrogation targets.
The presenters are Samuel Pace, Junior, JD, and Amy Murry, JD, attorneys with DBMP of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
They will discuss condominium projects and the unique ownership interests giving rise to a variety of methods of insuring condominium projects to be considered when evaluating subrogation. The session is available exclusively to employees of PLRB member insurers and Affiliate member companies.
