ArcGIS Online and Integrating PLRB map services
Additional GIS Service for Insurer & Affiliate Members

ArcGIS Online is a powerful cloud-based mapping platform that exclusively allows employees of PLRB member insurers and Affiliate members  to use, create, and share maps and data. Ready-to-use apps and a wide variety of map layers and basemaps are available. For more information about ArcGIS Online features and capabilities visit

The PLRB Members ArcGIS Online group allows easy access to a large database of severe weather reports, earthquake ShakeMaps, wind gust estimates, fire smoke analysis, and more.

To integrate PLRB Peril data into your ArcGIS Online map or app, contact PLRB Catastrophe Services after you have obtained your ArcGIS Online User ID. An invite will then be sent to become part of the PLRB Members ArcGIS Online Group.

Adding PLRB data to an ArcGIS web map is quick and easy. Query hundreds of thousands of severe weather reports by date or date range. In this example, a single-click on a wind damage report icon reveals more information regarding the report.

You can then share your map as a web map or create a web app. Many web app templates are available, or you may use the Web AppBuilder to design it from scratch (no coding required).
