Outstanding Claims Professionals, 2012: Call for Nominations
As insurance claim industry insiders, we know that every day and 365 days a year outstanding claim service is delivered by thousands of our members. Often, these stories of outstanding claim service don't make the popular press. To promote examples of exemplary claim service, PLRB/LIRB is taking steps to highlight the outstanding contributions of a number of our members in a very special way.
PLRB/LIRB will recognize three claims professionals from our member insurance companies at the 2012 Claims Conference, April 15-18, at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida. Outstanding claims professionals must be nominated by industry peers, and entries must be received by January 13, 2012. Nominations should be based upon outstanding claim service rendered in one particular claim or event, or overall exemplary claim service rendered to policyholders, claimants, and the public.
PLRB/LIRB will judge all nominations and contact winners in late January 2012. Winners will be invited to attend next year's Claims Conference in Orlando. PLRB/LIRB will cover up to four night's accommodations for each winner at the headquarters hotel, the Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel. Winners will be responsible for their own travel, meals, and incidental expenses associated with the event. Conference registration is complimentary for all PLRB/LIRB member insurance companies. Winners will be recognized publically at the General Session on Monday morning, April 16.
